Linda Ruth Breese

Linda Ruth Breese, 71, of Washington, died on Friday, June 24, 2016, in Golden Living Center, Canonsburg, following a three-year battle with cancer. She was born February 14, 1945, in Claysville, a daughter of the late Lloyd and Louise Mounts Breese. Ms. Breese attended Claysville Schools and worked as a private duty home care aid. In addition, she was a baby sitter for her grandchildren. Ms. Breese formerly attended Roadside Chapel in Pleasant Grove. She loved to knit. Surviving are a son, Kenneth Neil Breese of Washington; two daughters, Tena Marie Stewart, with whom she made her home, of Washington, and Cora Louise Robinson of Sun Dance, Wyoming; two sisters, Cora Brownlee and Janet (Sherman) Brownlee, both of Claysville; nine grandchildren, Brandon, Alyssa, Jayden, Cheyenne (Carlton), Samantha, Rebecca, Ben (Brandy), Chelsea and Natisa (Dennis); and 9 great-grandchildren. Deceased is a son-in-law, Herb Robinson. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 29th, in Claysville Christian Church, with Rev. Meade Lacock officiating.
