David John Allen, 53 of Washington, died Sunday, July 24, 2016, at Kades Nursing Home. He was born July 20, 1962 in Washington, the son of the late Leo J. Allen and Larue Sterling Allen. David graduated from Chartiers Houston High School in 1982. Surviving is a sister, Leeatta Allen of Washington. All arrangements are private and are being handled by William G. Neal Funeral Homes, 925 Allison Ave, Washington.
