George Phillip Garrett, born December 20, 1951, passed away peacefully, Thursday, November 10, 2016, after a lengthy battle with cancer. George was a truck driver for 43 years and drove for APA in the Meadowlands and Pitt Ohio in the Eighty- Four area. Left behind are a loving wife Bertha “Bunny” C. Devenney Garrett . Also, left behind are a son, Clifford Toland Jr.; grandson Alex Jay. He will be greatly missed by brothers, sisters and loving family members and friends. All services are private and entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington.
