Della Ellen Gault

Della Ellen Gault, 85 of Washington, died Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at home. She was born September 8, 1931, in Amity the daughter of the late Halden Hewitt and Leona Keeney Hewitt. Della was a 1950 graduate of Washington High School and a homemaker. She was a member of Cross Creek Presbyterian Church and enjoyed crocheting, crafts and spending time with her grandkids. On August 28, 1953, she married McDonald Gault Jr., who died May 21, 2012. Surviving are a daughter, Debra J. Schussler of Houston; five grandchildren, Christopher (Laci) Gault, John (Virginia) Schussler, Jeffrey (Erin) Schussler, Jayme (Mark) Stroup, Jacob Schussler; seven great grandchildren, Riley Gault, Christopher “Deuce” Gault Jr., Zoe, Colin and Finn Schussler, Jaylee and Paisley Stroup. Deceased is a son, Donald J. Gault. All services are private and have been entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington.
