Surviving, in addition to his mother, are his grandparents, Kirk and Robin Dean of Washington.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, August 25, in Washington Cemetery.
Arrangements are by William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
