Martha Ann Dean

Martha Ann Dean, 63, of Washington, died unexpectedly, Friday, September 10, 2010, in the Washington Hospital. She was born March 1, 1947, in Newport News, Virginia, a daughter of Karl and Ann Summers. Mrs. Dean was a homemaker who enjoyed her dogs, traveling and scrapbooking. She was Protestant. Surviving are three brothers, Michael Summers of Long Island, New York, John Summers of Oakdale, and Bob Summers of Sharpsville; four sisters, Mary Ann Crammer of Canonsburg, Betty Lash of Kentucky, Rose O’Korn of Peters Township and Helen Stutzman of Sharon; and her former husband, Richard Dean. Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
