Margaret S. Mccoy

Margaret Sabocheck McCoy, 79, of Washington, died Monday, November 1, 2010, in Washington County Health Center. She was born May 21, 1931, in Mexico (Vestaburg), a daughter of John and Anna Totin Sabocheck. Mrs. McCoy attended Low Hill Schools and graduated from Centerville High School. For 31 years, she worked as a packer at Tygart Valley/Brockway #7. Mrs. McCoy was a member of Holy Resurrection Church, Brownsville, and most recently attended Houston United Methodist Church. On October 19, 1973, she married William Stanley McCoy, who died September 29, 2004. Surviving are two sisters, Julie Metris of Shelby Township, Michigan and Helen Babor of Texas; her caregivers, Richard and Mary Jane McCoy; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are siblings, George Sabocheck, John Sabocheck, Verna Moncoveish, Anna Konival, Elizabeth Busse and Nick Sabocheck. 0Friends will be received Thursday from Noon to 2:30 p.m. the hour of service, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with Pastor Sang Kong Choi officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
