Kathryn Wussick Boucher, 91, of Oil City, died unexpectedly on Sunday, November 7, 2010.
She was born on February 14, 1919, in Carnegie, PA, a daughter of Nick and Mary Geynack Wussick.
Mrs. Boucher had worked as a cook for the Union Grill, in Washington, for 25 years. She had previously worked at the Shantee Restaurant in Hickory, PA, and at a drug store in Pittsburgh when she was young.
She was Presbyterian. She enjoyed doing yard work and planting flowers.
On January 3, 1981, she married Samuel R. Boucher, Sr., who died on March 20, 1993.
Surviving are a daughter, Dolly Rice, of Plain Grove, PA; a brother, Pete Wussick, of Washington; a sister, Rose Zarichnack, of Carnegie; 4 grandchildren, Tom (Jennifer) Rice, Tammy (Mike) Spalding, Donald H. (Stacey) Rice and Kim (Doug) Long; 6 great grandchildren, Tyler, Travis, Tyra, Brittany, Brice and Brooke.
Deceased are 3 sisters, Estella Rohal, Ann Glowa and Catherine Wussick; and 3 brothers, John, Nick and Mike Wussick.
Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where a service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, November 11, 2010.
