Linda L. Parcha

Linda L. Parcha, 65, formerly of McElree Road, passed away on November 5, 2010, at Presbyterian Senior Care, following a courageous yearlong struggle. Linda graduated from Washington High School, and went on to earn her certificate as a medical secretary from the Maryland Secretarial and Business Institute. She worked at Internal Medicine and Geriatrics of Washington for 23 years. Linda enjoyed time spent with her family, sitting on her front porch and talking over coffee, and trips to Atlantic City with her close friends. On June 21, 1969. She married Walter V. Parcha, who passed away earlier this year. Also preceding her in death were her parents, Marianne Bedillion and Phillip K. Frye. Linda leaves behind to celebrate her life, her daughter Becky, son-in-law, Patrick, and grandchildren, Jenna and Ian Mulreany, of Enola, PA; and a sister, Susan D. Reihner, of Washington. Also surviving is her stepfather, Wayne Bedillion, of Washington; a niece, Janine Frye, of Nashville, TN and nephew Joshua Reihner, of Martins Ferry, OH. At the request of the deceased, burial and services will be private.
