Kenneth E. Blackhurst

Kenneth E. Blackhurst, 58, of Washington, died Thursday, November 11, 2010. He was born August 25, 1952, in Washington, a son of Pauline Dolan Trasoline of Washington and the late Jack H. Blackhurst. A self-employed truck driver, Mr. Blackhurst was the owner of Kenny Blackhurst Trucking for 30 years. He enjoyed working on cars and motorcycles and watching movies. Surviving are a son, Travis J. (Ashley) Blackhurst of Claysville; a daughter, Kelly M. Blackhurst of Washington; three brothers, Randy Blackhurst and David Blackhurst, both of Houston, and Richard Blackhurst of Washington; and two grandchildren, Abigail and Madalynn Blackhurst. Also surviving are his two former wives, Maryann Petrone and Carla Brahs Blackhurst. Friends will be received Saturday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., the time of service, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
