Brian Jay Craig, 45, of Washington, died Thursday, September 2, 2010, in his residence.
He was born January 25, 1965, in Washington, a son of Helen Bonus Craig of Washington and the late William H. Craig.
Mr. Craig was a 1983 graduate of Washington High School. He worked as a heavy equipment operator at Alton Industries in Eighty-Four.
Mr. Craig was a member of Christian Church of North America. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, going to the mountains, walking his dog and going to Steeler games.
In 1997, he married Sandy Clemens, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Stephen Craig and Jason Dunkle, both of Washington; a daughter, Valerie Knauer of Lancaster; a brother, William Craig of Washington; and five sisters, Kimberly Jack of Plum Boro, Janice Cancilla of Prince George, Virginia, Jeannie Poland of Gambier, Ohio, Bobbi Kapis of Canonsburg and Lori Bogden of Washington.
Friends will be received Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, September 7th, from Noon to 1 p.m., the time of service, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with Pastor Steve Dunlap officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
