Tonya Ruff Miller

Tonya Dawn Ruff Miller, 39, of Washington, died unexpectedly, Sunday, June 27, 2010, in her residence. She was born July 8, 1970, in Washington, a daughter of Susan Webster Darnley of Washington. Mrs. Miller was a graduate of McGuffey High School. She was a homemaker who enjoyed her children, watching movies and playing bingo She was Catholic. On September 28, 1990, she married Robert Miller, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Caitlin Marie Miller; and a son, Zander Nicholis Miller, both at home; a brother, William Robert Ruff of Houston; maternal grandparents, Vyiona and Donald J. Williford; a nephew, Cody Ruff; and step-father, William L. Darnley. Friends will be received Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 1st, with Pastor James Willard officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Spring Cemetery, Canonsburg. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 331 South Main Street, Washington, PA 15301.
