Rain Jean Falcon died May 8, 2006, the day of her birth, in Washington Hospital.
She was a daughter of Shellisa L. Chandler and Francis Falcon, both of Washington.
Also surviving are a brother, Antonio James Falcon; maternal grandparents, James Chandler Sr. and Norma Welsh; and paternal grandparents, Cheryl Ann and Robert Lancaster Sr., all of Washington.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 11, in William F. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with Pastor Gary Gibson officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
