Ethel (Reni) Johnson

Ethel Loreen “Reni” Johnson, 45, of Washington, died unexpectedly, Sunday, February 28, 2010, in her residence. She was born September 17, 1964, in Washington, a daughter of Roy Johnson of Washington and the late Eleanor Chandler. A 1982 graduate of Trinity High School, Ms. Johnson was a homemaker who enjoyed taking care of kids, talking with friends and family, cooking and playing bingo. She was a member of Apostolic Christian Temple in Washington. Surviving, in addition to her father, are three sons, Bryan R. Johnson of Canonsburg, Ryan E. Johnson and Nathaniel Johnson, both of Washington; two brothers, Roy “Jackie” Johnson, Jr. and Lawrence Johnson; two sisters, Cheryl Johnson and Kimberly Johnson, all of Washington; and a grandchild, Alexis Lawton; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 9 to 10 a.m., the hour of service, Saturday, March 6th, in Apostolic Christian Temple, 164 West Wylie Avenue, Washington, with Elder Myron Jones, II, officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
