Angela Marie Ropele

Angela Marie Ropele, 40, of Washington, died on Thursday, April 29, 2010, in Humbert Lane Personal Care Home, after an eight-year illness. She was born on October 20, 1969, in Brownsville, PA, a daughter of Aldo Ronald Ropele, of Clarksville and Nora Craggs Ropele, of Washington. Angela was employed for 3 years as a group home manager at United Cerebral Palsy. She was a 1987 graduate of Beth Center High School, and a 1999 graduate of California State University. Angela had been active with Relay For Life for many years. Her great joy was traveling with her son, and showing him the world. Surviving are a son, Chase Ropele, of Washington; 2 sisters, Anita (Fred Collier) Ropele, of Washington and Jodi (Jeff) Crisman, of Dayton, OH; a niece, Maria Ropele and a great niece, Lydia Abbas. Deceased are a brother, Randall Allen Ropele and a sister, Ronna Ropele. Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
