Marian Mull

Marian Mull, 80, of Washington, died Wednesday, March 11, 2009, in her residence. She was born October 5, 1928, in Washington, a daughter of Rev. Jacob and Stella Morris Stienstraw. Mrs. Mull worked as a glass packer at Hazel Atlas #1 for more than ten years. She loved to crochet and do yard work and especially enjoyed visiting with her many nieces and nephews. On June 24, 1951, she married John Wesley Mull, who died in 1989. Surviving are a brother, Daniel (Margaret) Stienstraw of Washington; two sisters, Stella (Robert) Boyd of Michigan and Ruth (John) Kovatch of Washington; and two sisters-in-law, Dorothy Stienstraw and Dolores Stienstraw, both of Washington. Deceased are four brothers, Robert Stienstraw, who died in infancy, Stanley Richard Stienstraw, David Benjamin Stienstraw, and James Stienstraw. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 14th, with Rev. John Hoffman officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
