Genevieve M. Williams, 59, of Washington, died Monday, January 25, 2010, in her home, following a brief illness.
She was born September 2, 1950, in Washington, a daughter of Ray Noble Sr. of Washington and the late Virginia Roupe Noble.
Mrs. Williams graduated from Trinity High School in 1969.
She was Protestant.
Mrs. Williams formerly worked at Peppino’s Restaurant and McDonald’s.
She enjoyed playing cards and bingo and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Penguins fan.
Surviving are her husband, Wesley P. Williams Sr.; two sons, Samuel R. Williams and Wesley P. Williams Jr.; a daughter, Virginia Williams; a brother, Ray Noble Jr. and wife Rosemary; and two sisters, her twin, JoAnn Roberts, and Sally Noble, all of Washington.
Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 28, in Church of Christ, 700 Allison Avenue, Washington, with the Rev. Rudy McCallister officiating. Burial will follow in North Buffalo Cemetery, Buffalo Township.
