Rose Marie O'Leary Cramer, 71, of Washington, died January 26, 2010, in the Washington Hospital following a brief illness.
She was born June 2, 1938, in McKeesport, a daughter of Franklin James O'Leary and Louise Emma Yost O'Leary.
Mrs. Cramer was a member of Immaculate Conception Church. For 15 years she worked at Hill's Department Store and for 20 years served on the election board.
Mrs. Cramer enjoyed spending time with her family as well as crocheting, quilting, her rose garden and her puppy, Sadie.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and homemaker.
On August 26, 1958, she married Homer William Cramer, who died June 7, 2003.
Surviving are four sons, Donald W. Cramer of Beaver Crossing, Nebraska, Jack L. (Cindy) Cramer of Bentleyville, Darrell Cramer of Washington, and Gary W. Cramer of Roanoke, Virginia; three daughters, Barbara Hatfield of Akron, Ohio, Annette "Sissy" (Greg) Buford of Winnfield, Louisiana, and Lois (Glenn) Africa of Prosperity; a brother, George F. (Karen) O'Leary of Mingo Junction, Ohio; two sisters, Jean Steadman of Elm Grove, West Virginia, and Nancy Lenarz of Wintersville, Ohio; 16 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters, Pat White and Mary Jane Sorrell; and a brother, James O'Leary.
Friends will be received 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Friday, January 29th, in Immaculate Conception Church, with Father William Feeney as celebrant. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
