Maxine F. Bigley, 82, of Washington, formerly of Houston, died Saturday, November 7, 2009, in Golden Living Center, Canonsburg. She was born June 1, 1927, in Franklin, a daughter of the late Edward and Myrtle Brown. Mrs. Bigley was a homemaker and member of the Houston American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. On June 19, 1948, she married James K. Bigley, Sr., who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Pamela R. Schneider of Claysville and Deborah S. Buck of Huntsville, Alabama; five grandchildren, Beth Schneider, Nathan Schneider, Angel Blue Schneider, Nolan Schneider and Jennie Buck; and three great-grandchildren, Cassandra Martin, Michael Martin and Khadijah Schneider. Deceased is a son, James K. Bigley, Jr. There will be no public visitation or services.
