Caryssa Jo Ann Phillips of Washington, died Saturday, November 14, 2009, in UPMC Children's Hospital, Pittsburgh.
She was born September 18, 2009, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Dustin Shane Phillips and Brittany Ellis.
Surviving are sisters Kayleigh DeBlasio, Skylar, Aubrey, Josalyn, and her twin, Cassidy Phillips; grandparents Robin Iams, Keith Ellis, and Wiley and Karen Phillips, all of Washington; great-grandparents Shirley and Richard Travers of Florida, and Wiley and Ann Phillips of Washington.
Friends will be received from noon to 2 p.m., the hour of service, Tuesday, November 17, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery.
