Joann Marie Kotlik, 74, of Washington, died Tuesday, December 15, 2009, in her residence.
She was born August 14, 1935, in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of John and Pansy Boswell Stanek.
After graduation from high school, she attended Ohio State University for two years.
Mrs. Kotlik was a teller at Pennformer Credit Union for 10 years and a former administrator of Mt. de Chantal Academy.
She enjoyed all sports, especially playing bridge and golf.
On April 14, 1956, she married Norman Kotlik, Sr., who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Norman J. Kotlik, Jr., of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Mark Alan Kotlik of San Diego, California; a daughter, Ann Marie Kotlik (Joseph Colucci) of Shaler; a sister, Mary Frances Thomas of Tampa, Florida; and two grandchildren, Daniel Kotlik and Chris Garringer.
There will be no visitation or services.
