Margaret Rogers, 82, of Washington, died Monday, May 31, 2010, in the Washington Hospital, following a lengthy illness.
She was born May 4, 1928, in Washington, a daughter of John W. and Audrey Myers Mull.
Mrs. Rogers was a homemaker and had formerly worked as a selector-packer at Hazel-Atlas Glass.
She enjoyed gardening and canning.
Mrs. Rogers was a member of Church of Christ.
On October 18, 1950, she married John Edwin Rogers, who died August 12, 1995.
Surviving are a son, Thomas C. Rogers of Washington; two daughters, Joann (Frank) Scuj of Uniontown, and Diane (Preston) Welsh of Meridian, Idaho; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Deceased are a daughter, Barbara Hammett; two sisters, Charlotte Humphreys and Emma J. Steele; and three brothers, John, Hugh and Elzie Mull.
Friends will be received Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 3rd, with John Wright officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
