Joy Lynn Holub Hoffman, 50, of Washington, died Saturday, May 29, 2010, in her home.
She was born September 21, 1959, in Washington, a daughter of the late Joseph and Marguerite Silcott Holub.
Most recently, she had been employed at Tower Restaurant for eight years.
Ms. Hoffman was Protestant.
She enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren as well as doing crafts.
Surviving is her former husband, Stanley Hoffman Jr.
Also suriving are three sons, Matthew Joseph Holub, James LeRoy and Andrew Jacob Hoffman, all of Ohio; two brothers, Joseph (Jamie) Holub Jr. of Eighty Four and Jay Silcott of Georgia; two sisters, Brenda Holub and Dawn Belcastro, both of Washington; two grandchildren, Madison Marie Hoffman and Matthew Sartori; and nieces and nephews Christy, Damian and Amanda Holub, Justin Green and Luc Belcastro.
Deceased is a sister, Wanda Lee Cape.
Friends will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 2, in Church of Christ, 700 Allison Avenue, Washington, with Pastor Rick Bruckner officiating. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
