Anna Mary Grimm, 90, of Washington, died on Wednesday, December 15, 2010, in the Washington Hospital.
She was born on December 1, 1920, in Washington, a daughter of James Bloyd and Flora Etta McCartney Hartzell.
She was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church.
Mrs. Grimm was a 1938 graduate of Trinity High School.
She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who enjoyed being with her family and spending time at Seneca Lake.
On June 15, 1941, she married James H. Grimm, Jr., who died on May 5, 1980.
Surviving are 2 sons, James H. (Shirley) Grimm, III, of Washington, and Larry H. (Doris) Grimm, of Hickory; 2 daughters, Becky A. (Dick) King, of Washington and Deborah S. (Terry) Stevens, of New Plymouth, OH; a sister, Muriel Woodburn, of Hummelstown, PA; 7 grandchildren, Rich, Doug, Chris, Jimmy, Tammi, Tom and Matt; 9 great-grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, Chris and Chad Stevens, and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are 3 sisters, Elizabeth Baker, Roberta Hartzell and Helen Hartzell.
Friends will be received Friday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, PA 15301, where services will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2010, at 1:00 p.m., with Pastor Stephen Smythers officiating.
Burial will follow in the Washington Cemetery.
