Judith (Judy) Ann Hennen, 68, of Washington, Pennsylvania went to be with Our Lord in Heaven on Sunday, October 24, 2010, from Washington Hospital. Her last words to me were: Satan may be destroying my body, but my soul belongs to God. Judy was born July 30, 1942, in Washington, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Paul V. Hennen of New Freeport, PA, and late Loving & Caring Mother Lorraine Irwin Hennen of Washington, PA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in passing by her two loving brothers Gary A. Hennen & David I. Hennen. Judy is a beautiful, wonderful, loving, and caring woman, who loves her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. She read two things every day …The Bible & the news paper. She found Truth, Love & Comfort in The Bible compared to the violence, fear and sadness she found when reading the news paper of our world today. Judy enjoyed taking care of the elderly in her younger years and was an active member in church for most of her life. She was also a woman who loved animals, especially her precious dog, Boots. Surviving her include her loving brother Paul C. Hennen presently of Winchester, VA. Loving sister in laws: Darla Hennen & Linda Hennen, loving nieces: Lori Womble and Brittany Hennen. Loving nephews: Donavan, Scotty, Joshua, Colin, Shane & Brandon Hennen and their families. To All of you who read this with Love from Judy… God Bless You and Keep you All the days of your lives and for eternity in Heaven. There is only One Way To The Father and that is through his son Jesus Christ. In Jesus Mighty Name, Amen. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, all contributions for her family are being accepted by Neals Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, November 27th, in Glenn Street Free Methodist Church, 690 Glenn Street, Washington, with Rev. Robert A. Neal officiating.
