Janice K. Jones Hall of Washington died Thursday, June 14, 2007, surrounded by her loving family, in Donnell House, Washington, following a lengthy illness.
She was born July 22, 1946, in Washington, a daughter of the late George Jones and Katherine Desmond Jones.
Mrs. Hall was a 1964 graduate of Washington High School, 1969 graduate of California University and 1972 graduate of West Virginia University, where she earned a master's degree.
She was a teacher at Trinity Area School District from 1969 until 1977, when she retired due to disability.
On December 15, 1973, she married Stephen K. Hall, who survives.
Also surviving are a brother, George Jones III of Washington; a sister, Audrey Wessell of Canton, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 18, followed by private interment in Washington Cemetery.
