Betty Lou Bails Loughman

Betty Lou Bails Loughman, 81, of Las Vegas, Nevada, died Tuesday, June 16, 2009, in Silver Springs Health Care Center, Las Vegas. She was born July 26, 1927, in Washington, a daughter of the late Clarence and Dora Emerick Bails. Mrs. Loughman lived a wonderful life in Las Vegas. She was a loving mother and beautiful person who will be painfully missed by those who knew and loved her. Surviving are five children, Jack, Gail, Karen, Janean and Rick; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Deceased are her husband, Gaylord Loughman; two sisters, Edith Bails and Norma Jean Miller; and three brothers, Herbert, Merle and Charles Bails.. Friends and family will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 25th, with Rev. Harold McClelland officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
