Robert Maxwell Coulter, 66, of Buffalo Village, died Wednesday, April 23, 2008.
He was born October 13, 1941, in Buffalo Village, a son of Robert A. and Freda Majil Maxwell Coulter.
Mr. Coulter graduated from Washington High School in 1959. He worked at Moly Corp for a time, and then worked for over 20 years as an inspector for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
Mr. Coulter enjoyed deer hunting, coon hunting, turkey shoots and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was an original and 42-year member of Keystone Coon Hunters Club.
On February 14, 1991, he married Judith Irma Wagner, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Craig (Christel) Coulter of West Alexander and Chris (Janna) Coulter of Washington; a daughter, Stacy (William) Tamulinas of Washington; two stepdaughters, Suzanne Dupke of Washington and Diane Reckner of Beallsville; one sister, Rebecca A. Moore of Washington; four grandchildren, Alexis and Carissa Coulter, Chloe Tamulinas and Jace Carlile; step grandchildren, Travis, Jeremy, James, Mariah, Tina, Renea and J.B.; two great-grandchildren; an aunt, Erdine Mellert of Charlotte, North Carolina; a niece, Shawna Moore; and a nephew, Jeffrey (Lori) Chappel.
Deceased, in addition to his parents, is a brother-in-law, Stanley P. Moore.
Friends will be received 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 28th, with Pastor Judy Mayer officiating. Burial will follow in Upper Buffalo Cemetery.
