Olga Mae Phillips

Olga Mae Phillips, 66, of Washington, died Thursday, December 20, 2007, in The Washington Hospital. She had been ill since 2000. She was born September 8, 1941, in Greene County, a daughter of Clifford and Anna Wolfe Dillie. Mrs. Phillips was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, reading, and shopping at the mall. She was a member of Friendship Community Church for many years. On October 20, 1960, she married Harry L. Phillips, Jr., who survives. Also surviving are a son, Harry L. Phillips, III; a daughter, Michelle L. (Michael) Phillips; one brother, Lloyd Dillie; five sisters, Linda Hayes, Sarah “Louise” Salisbury, Jane Holmes, Beverly Dillie and Charlotte Keener, all of Washington; four grandchildren, Cody, Lindsey, and Amber Conner, and Brandon Phillips. Deceased are two brothers, Rexie and Clifford Dillie. Friends will be received 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd, 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 26, 2007, with Pastor Rick Bruckner officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
