Glenn M. Harrold

Glenn M. Harrold, 81, of Washington, died Saturday, August 7, 2004, in the Donnell House following a short illness. He was born in Wadena, Minnissota, on April1, 2923, a son of Eura and Olive Naylor Harrold. Mr. Harrold was a member of the Friendship Community Church in Washington. He enjoyed reading his Bible and attending church. He served in the United States Navy in World War II and was a member of the American Legion Post # 175. He had worked much of his life as an Independent Insurance Agent throughout the Washington Area. On June 15, 1946, he married Jennie S. Barnot, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Leslie Harrold of Longvue, Texas, and Richard Harrold of Wheeling, west Virginia; three grandchildren, Chad an Leslie Shane Harrold, and Juliet Filter; and two great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and Walter Harrold. Friends of Glenn M. Harrold, 81, of Washington, who died Saturday, August 7, 2004, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Tuesday in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2004, at 1:00 pm, Pastor Floyd Marasco officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
