Brian Zofchak

Brian Zofchak Member of North Buffalo Presbyterian Church Brian J. Zofchak, 33, of Washington, died at 7:59 a.m. Friday, April 5, 2002, in Washington Hospital. He was born July 31, 1968, in Washington, a son of Gary and Karen Anderson Zofchak of Washington. Mr. Zofchak was a member of North Buffalo Presbyterian Church. He was a laborer, working out of Local 286, and a 1986 graduate of Trinity High School. On September 12, 1992, he married to Shannon Bail, who survives. Surviving, in addition to his wife and parents, are a son, Ty Bryant Zofchak of Littleton, Colo.; a daughter, Kala Renee Zofchak of Littleton; a brother, Jason Zofchak of Washington; a sister, Elizabeth Gladysz of Washington; maternal grandparents, William and Vera Anderson of Washington; maternal great-grandmother, Elizabeth Ross; and two nieces. Deceased are paternal grandparents, Thomas and Josephine Zofchak. ZOFCHAK - Friends of Brian J. Zofchak of Washington, who died Friday, April 5, 2002, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 8, with Pastor Gary Gibson and the Rev. Floyd Marasco co-officiating. Interment in Washington Cemetery.
