Juanita Theressa Ward

Juanita T. Ward, 87 of Washington, died Monday, March 24,2003 in Humbert Lane Health Care Center following a lengthy illness. She was born in Washington on December 18, 1915 the daughter of Trevor George and Gertrude Blanche Stevens Davis. Mrs. Ward was a home maker. She also was a member of the First Lutheran Church, Washington. On October 31, 1939 she married Charles Nathan Ward who died on October 23, 1992. She is survived by a sister with whom she made her home, Ethel Mae Chappo, as well as several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by four sisters; Marvene Davis, Audrey Thompson, Mary Margaret Anderson, and Idella Brown, and two brothers; Alfred and Glenn W. Davis. At the request of the deceased, private services will be held with interment in Washington Cemetery. Family requests memorial donations be made to Washington Hospital Hospice, Wilson Avenue, Washington, PA 15301.
