Elizabeth Marie Mitchell

Elizabeth Marie Mitchell, of Washington, died Saturday, November 1, 2003 in Washington Hospital following a one year illness. She was born in Washington a daughter of Theresa Dornberger. She was a 1943 graduate of Washington High School, a member of Immaculate Conception Church, and had worked as a waitress at both the George Washington Hotel and the Century Plaza Motel. On February 24, 1946 she married Thomas F. Mitchell who died on January 31, 1975. Surviving are a daughter Kathleen Ann Day of Claysville and a grandson, Lance E. Day. Preceding her in death is a sister Anna Mae Bainer. At the request of the deceased no public visitation will be held. There will be a memorial mass held at Immaculate Conception Church on Saturday, November 15th at 10:30 a.m.
