Russell Minor Keener

Russell Minor Keener, 65, of West Alexander died Wednesday, November 12, 2003 in the Donnell House following a lengthy illness. He was born in Uniontown a son of the late Russell E. and Eleanor P. Keener. Mr. Keener served in the United States Air Force and had worked as a Technician at RCA in Washington prior to their closing and later worked as a Technician at TV station WTOV in Steubenville. On October 28, 1960 he married Janet Frances Houy who survives. Also surviving are a son, Christopher Keener and a daughter, Heather Lee Keener King, both of West Alexander; and two grandchildren, Abigail and Eben King. At the request of the deceased, no public visitation will be held. The family requests memorial donations be made to : Donnell House, Leet Street, Washington, PA 15301.
