Gary Allen, 57, of Washington, died unexpectedly Wednesday, July 15, 2009, in his home. He is a son of the late Lloyd and Edith Tenney Allen. Arrangements are incomplete and under the direction of William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., Washington. A complete obituary will be published in a later edition.
