Russell C. Slider

Russell C. Slider, 34, of Washington, died Saturday, July 31, 2004 in the Donnell House after a brief illness. He was born in Washington, February 22, 1970, a son of Wilburt Floyd and Mary Margaret Hutter Slider of Washington. Mr. Slider last worked as a security guard for Victory Security. He enjoyed camping, fishing and working on cars. On March 19, 1988 he married Leanora R. (Sally) King who survives. Also surviving are a son William Jeremiah Slider, at home; two daughters, Malea Eileen and Carrie Noel Slider, both at home; five brothers, Robert, Joey, and Scott Slider all of Washington, Chris Slider of Greensburg, and David Slider of Erie; two sisters, Helena Fisher of Washington and Jodi Valentine of Belle Vernon. Friends of Russell C. Slider, of Washington will be received on Monday, August 2, 2004 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M., the time of services, in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to; Leanora (Sally) Slider, 630 Delaware Avenue, Washington, PA 15301.
