Stella Joyce Sanders Walter

Washington homemaker enjoyed grandchildren. Stella Joyce Sanders Walter, 61, of Washington, died at 1:48 p.m. Monday, July 18, 2005, in The Greenery nursing home, Canonsburg, follow a one-year illness. She was born November 7, 1943, in Washington, a daughter of the late Daniel Lewis and Mary Frances Dombrowski Sanders. Mrs. Walter was Catholic and a homemaker and attended Trinity High School. She enjoyed gardening, shopping and her grandchildren. Surviving are a son, Ronald Walter Jr. of Washington; a daughter, Elaine McMullen of Washington; two brothers, Tim and Frank Sanders, both of Washington; two sisters, Lois Czadankiewicz and Toni Sprader, both of Livonia, Mich.; and three grandchildren, Tyler, George and Drew McMullen. A brother, David Sanders, is deceased. Friends will be received from 7 until 8 p.m., the time of a blessing service, Friday, July 22, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. Interment will be held Saturday in Immaculate Conception Church Cemetery.
