Gayle Leigh Biscoe

Gayle Leigh Biscoe, 48, of Philippi, WV, formerly of Meadowlands, PA, died at 3:30 p.m., on Friday, December 5, 2008, In Allegheny General Hospital. She had been ill for less than a year. She was born on October 26, 1960, in Washington, PA, a daughter of Ralph and Freda Mossburg Ross. She was a homemaker. Gayle belonged to the Christian Assembly Church of Nutter Fort, WV. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, caring for her cats, and especially spending time with her family. On April 20, 1984, Gayle married Robert Joe Biscoe, who survives. Also surviving are 2 daughters, Heather Rene and Ashley Laura Biscoe, both of Philippi, WV and a sister, Rene Marie Diethorn, of Centerville, PA. Friends will be received on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 from 10:30 until 11:00 a.m., the time of service, at the Christian Church of North America, Fourth and Shirls Streets, Washington, PA, with the Rev. Rob Berk officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray, PA. In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial contributions to I.C.E.J.; P.O. Box 440276, Nashville, TN 37244-0276.
