Dale Robert Ealy, Sr., 49, of Claysville, died Saturday, January 24, 2009, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born June 17, 1959, a son of Ruth I. Anderson of Washington and the late Floyd F. Ealy.
Mr. Ealy worked as a laborer for Central Blood Bank.
His wife, Connie Piatt Ealy, survives.
Also surviving are a son, Dale R. Ealy, Jr., of Waynesburg; two step-sons, John Roble, Jr. of Pittsburgh and James Roble of Washington; two step-daughters, Barb Jackson of Pittsburgh and Ellen Roble of Washington; four brothers, Floyd H. Ealy of Graysville, Dan Ealy and Ron Ealy, both of Waynesburg, and Bruce Ealy of Scenery Hill; seven step-grandchildren, including Shawn Roble who he and his wife were raising.
Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., the hour of service, Friday, January 30th, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ealy Memorial Fund at any Citizens Bank location.
