Leonard Wingrove

Leonard Wingrove, 83, of Washington, died Saturday, January 24, 2009, in Kade Nursing Home. He was born June 24, 1925, in Perryopolis, a son of David Haze and Dicie Wilks Wingrove. Mr. Wingrove worked for Layton Township on the road crew. He was Protestant. Surviving are a brother, Thurman Wingrove of Perryopolis; and a sister, Gladys Fisher, of Star Junction. Deceased are four brothers, Ralph, Tom, Clarence and Floyd Wingrove; and two sisters, Clara Shoaf and Edith Betonte. There will be no public visitation or services.
