Enjoyed reading, knitting and baking. Rosella Nancy Bonar, 79, of Washington, died Friday, March 27, 2009, in Donnell House, Washington. She was born February 13, 1930, in Cameron, W.Va., a daughter of David T. and Katherine Shaffer Murphy. Mrs. Bonar was a member of Central Assembly of God Church in Houston. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, knitting and baking. Surviving are three daughters, Kitty (Howard) Sampson of Washington, Jean (Frank) Fetcko of Canonsburg and Carmen Bonar of Washington; five grandchildren, Sherri Pattison, Howard Sampson Jr., Dean Keffer and Frank and Kirck Fetcko; and two great-grandchildren. Deceased is a sister, Irene Courtwright. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 31, with Pastor Kurt Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery, Cameron, W.Va.
