Wilma Helen Zecker

Wilma Helen Zecker, 94, of Washington, died Monday, March 16, 2009, in Southmont of Presbyterian Senior Care. She was born August 3, 1914, in Washington, a daughter of Clarence and Jennie White Amon. Mrs. Zecker was a homemaker and Protestant by faith. She was the last of her immediate family. On October 3, 1942, she married Charles Zecker, who died January 28, 1983. Surviving are a daughter, Janet (Charles) Murray of Washington; two grandchildren, Charlotte Shannon Kanya of Washington and Lisa Ashbrook Fay of Frederick, Maryland; and two great-grandchildren, Jake Fay and Luke Fay, both of Frederick, Maryland. Deceased are a daughter, Donna Yescanoge; three brothers, Clarence, Wray and Albert Amon; and four sisters, Lillie Davis, Stella Salsberry, Anna Jane Bails and Mary Davis.
