Betty Jean Kinnan

Betty Jean Kinnan, 91, of Washington, died on Tuesday, December 25, 2018, in Southmont of Presbyterian Senior Care. She was born on March 18, 1927, in Morgantown, WV., a daughter of the late Hayward and Audra Wright Riblett. Mrs. Kinnan was retired from Ball Glass. She was a member of Chapel Hill Wesleyan Church, in Weirton, and she loved animals. On January 20, 1956, she married Robert Reese Kinnan, who died on February 17, 2017. Surviving is a daughter, Rebecca (Barry) Cook, of West Palm, Florida. Friends will be received on Friday, January 4, 2019, from 10 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., the time of services, in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, PA., with her nephews, Bill and Tom officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Washington Area Humane Society, P.O. Box 66, Eighty-Four, PA 15301. Burial will follow in the Washington Cemetery.
