Carl H. “Junior” Jenkins, 68, of Washington, died Monday, February 15, 2021 at Heritage Valley Hospital, Beaver. He was born on January 3, 1953, in Washington, the son of the late William and Louise Pounds Jenkins. Carl retired from SMS Millcraft as a caster repair. After retirement, he worked part-time at Kurtz Monument and the Pulaski Club. He was a member of the Pulaski Club and the Alpine Club. He loved the Steelers and NASCAR, but especially loved the time he spent with his grandsons. Carl proudly served his country in the USMC, during the Vietnam conflict. On May 15, 1976, Carl married Renee Bails, who survives. Also surviving are sons Carl H. (Brandie) Jenkins, Jr. of Remlap, AL, and Clinton L. (Sarah) Jenkins of Washington; a sister Debbie (Harry) Sampson of Washington; grandsons Clinton L Jenkins, Jr., and Wylie C. Jenkins of Washington; and numerous nieces and nephews. Carl was preceded in death by his sister Sissy Strawn, and brothers Bill Jenkins, Kenny Jenkins, and Ricky Jenkins. All services are private. Arrangements have been entrusted to William G.
