Carol Ann Pierce

Carol Ann Pierce, 69, of Washington, died February 5, 2019, in Donnell House. She was born December 19, 1949, in Washington, a daughter of the late George E. Murr, Sr. and Isabelle Marshall Murr. Ms. Pierce attended Washington High School and worked as a dietary aid at Humbert Lane Nursing Home for 15 years. She enjoyed playing bingo and shopping. Ms. Pierce was a member of Life Church. Surviving are a daughter Kim Redd (Tommy West) of Amity; three brothers, George Murr (Mary Ellen) of Washington, Donald Murr (Joyce) of Washington, and Richard Murr (Linda) of Bentleyville; and two grandchildren, Jonathan Warrell and Benjamin Redd. At the request of the deceased, there will be no public visitation or service.
