Charles "Chuck" Irwin Morris

Charles “Chuck” Morris, 73, of Washington, died on Monday, September 10, 2018, in UPMC Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born on November 7, 1944, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Emmanuel and Naomi Apple Morris. Mr. Morris attended Valley Forge Military Academy and Youngstown University. He had worked as a sales manager for Dream Water Beds, and an EMT for several volunteer fire departments. Chuck belonged to New Dominion Birth Kingdom Ministries. A generous man, he was a good friend to many.  He had played football in high school and college, and was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan. On April 20, 1974, he married Sharyn Francis, who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Robyn (William) Long, of Washington, Eve (David) Adelson, of New Jersey and Laura (Stuart) Kaplan, of Pittsburgh; a sister, Louise Baruth, of Pittsburgh; a grandson, Seth Long; and three nieces, Karen Burnstein, Barbara Baruth and Shari Baruth. Friends will be received on Saturday, September 29, 2018, from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m., the time of services, in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA, with Pastor Walter Cherry officiating.
