Charlie Whitlatch

Charlie Whitlatch, 57, of Claysville, died Sunday, August 18, 2019, in his home. He was born June 6, 1962, in Moundsville, West Virginia, a son of the late Donald and Joyce Davis Whitlatch. Mr. Whitlatch worked as a journeyman on natural gas pipelines and was an avid member of Local 798 Pipeliners Union in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  He loved his dogs and chickens and riding his bike, as well as spending time with friends and family. He had served in the Army Reserves. Surviving are two daughters, Nichole Whitlatch (Justin Miller) of Charlotte, Michigan and Rebecca Whitlatch of Fort Campbell, Kentucky; and six grandchildren, Ethen, Justin Jr., Dominic, Kaydanse, Lylah and Emerson.  Also surviving are family – just not by blood, Carie and Ted Willard, Shani Willard (Brian), and Justin, Morgan and Liam Willard. There will be no visitation or service.
