Cynthia “Cindy” Loughman, 63, of Washington, died Saturday, January 19, 2019, in her home. She was born June 29, 1955, in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Claud and Bernice Crouse Loughman. Ms. Loughman was a 1973 graduate of McGuffey High School and attended Slippery Rock University. She owned and operated Subs Unlimited since 1989. Ms. Loughman was a Relay for Life committee member and also sponsored a team every year for the Chartiers-Houston Relay for Life. She was a member of Union Valley Methodist Church in Graysville. Surviving are a brother Gary (Terry) Loughman of West Alexander; a sister, Lisa Loughman; and one nephew and two nieces whom she treated as though they were her own children. Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, January 26th, with Pastor Scott D. Lawrence officiating.
