Debbie Lynn Donvall, 55 of Washington, died Sunday, August 16, 2020 at Transitions Health Care. She was born July 31, 1965 in Washington, the daughter of the late Joseph Donovall and Francine Cain Donovall. Debbie was a graduate of Burgettstown High School and received a medical billing certificate from Pittsburgh Technical Institute and was a certified electricians apprentice. She worked ate Walmart in the maintenance department for 10 years. Debbie loved online gaming, especially “Train Station”. She also loved to crochet and donated items she made for charitable auctions. Debbie participated in the Guinness Book of World Records competition for the world’s largest cookie table. Surviving are a brother, Douglas (Denise) Donovall of Colliers, WV; two sisters, Diana Simakis of Colliers, WV and Darla Donovall of Burgettstown; several nieces, nephews; friends, Mark Robinson and Carol Smith. Due to state-mandated Covid-19 restrictions, all services are private. Arrangements have been entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington.
