Dennis James Broad, 68, of Washington, went to be with the Lord on June 28, 2025.
He was born on January 21, 1957, in Washington, a son of the late William J. Broad Jr. and Sarah A. Nelson Broad.
Dennis was a 1974 graduate of Trinity High School.
He worked for many years as a Reconditioner, helping clean and maintain sports equipment for a plethora of teams, including the Steelers.
Dennis loved sports, and he took great joy in collecting and organizing sports cards. He also enjoyed watching TV, specifically crime shows. His friends remember him fondly as a jokester, someone with a great sense of humor, who was always good for a punchline and a laugh.
Surviving are his cousins, Ruth Bolen, Raymond Paquet Sr., and Brenda Terry, and friends for many years, Amy Pascuzzi and Nick Pascuzzi.
Arrangements are private and entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., Washington.
